As an award winning author of the magical children’s book “Money Mama & The Three Little Pigs”, creator of Money Mama the Smarter Piggy Bank, It’s Only a Dollar... and author of her new parent’s workbook “Design Your Child’s Financial Future, Mackey has made it her mission to design fun, engaging financial education products and resources for parents and children. Having two young children of her own, Lori understands the hardships of trying to teach your children the value of money, and simple concepts such as saving, investing and spending money wisely.

Lori has received the iParenting Media Award for outstanding educational products in 2004 - 2006, and was selected by the Chaka Khan foundation, in conjunction with ‘Pursuit of Happyness’ author Chris Gardner and the Bear Stearns financial firm, for The Money Mama series.
